How long does an NJOY cartridge last?

Results will vary depending on the intensity of a person's average inhalation.

Comparatively, one NJOY Cigar cartridge will last the equivalent of approximately 2 packs of traditional tobacco cigarettes.

Should you experience little or no vapor, insure that your battery is fully charged and properly attached to the device, and that the cartridge is firmly inserted in the end of the device. Replace NJOY cartridges with a new NJOY cartridge when the vapor volume is reduced below a satisfactory level.

Store cartridges in a cool and dry place. Shelf life is 24 months from purchase date.

Placing other liquids in an NJOY cartridge is strictly prohibited and will void the warranty on the device.

How long does the NJOY battery last before needing a recharge?

The NJOY battery will last 1 - 3 days before re-charging, depending upon the intensity of usage. Longevity is impacted by the intensity of the puffs and will vary by individual. The indicator light tip will blink 30 times for about 9 seconds when the battery is getting low on power. We encourage you to carry an extra battery during anticipated times of high usage.

NJOY uses a 3.6V special lithium battery and charger, which cannot be replcaed by other lithium batteries or chargers. The input supply voltage if the charger is AC100-240V, 50/60Hz, or DC 12-24V. When traveling, ensure that the local electrial supply is in accordance with these specifications.

Are there any maintenance issues and if so what are they and how are they resolved?

NJOY is very easy to use. In general, the only maintenance required is charging and replacing batteries, as well as inserting fresh cartridges. It is recommended to keep the NJOY device away from water and from extreme temperatures.

Internally controlled by a micro-computer program, the NJOY cigarette and NPRO have an automatic cleaning function. When the user has inhaled for 1,500 times, the indicator light will shine continuously for 15 - 20 seonds while the device begins an automatic cleaning process.
